Hotel Chopin - Genoa

Wow, the Indian dishes nearby blew my mind, especially at Trattoria dell'Acciughetta! The staff were next-level helpful, especially when we needed tips on getting around. The hotel is super clean and the breakfast had a real barrista making cappuccinos that'll make your morning.

They didn't have the room setup for twin beds but were super apologetic about it. I also found the room a bit noisy with street noise creeping in, and the duvet was like it weighed a ton! A couple of lighter layers would've made all the difference.

Stayed in recently refurbished guest room with a rather large bathroom. We had central heating, multi-channel TV and a writing table. Location: the hotel was short walk to main railway station wth link to airport, two museums and all the attractions in Genoa. Overall the service was good...

the hotel offers croissants, toast, cereal, and yogurt in the morning. the location is magnificent and fantastic, 1 mile from aquarium of genoa. what's more, it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the heart of the city.

I encountered multiple issues that marred my experience. I found the bathroom window broken, which despite notifying the staff, remained unfixed throughout my visit. The mattress felt uncomfortably firm, impacting my sleep quality. My expectations were not met due to these inconveniences.

The highlight for me was the proximity to major sites like the Royal Palace Museum and the Galata Maritime Museum, all just a short walk away. Our room was well-kept and had everything we needed, and the dining options nearby made our evening meals effortless. It was also nice having the convenience of the train station just minutes away, which allowed us to explore even further.

Chopin is a hidden treasure just a stone's throw from Principe station! The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh coffee served by the cheerful staff, who even assisted in planning a good evening out. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and had solid A/C to counter the Genoa heat!

The staff were accommodating, helping us with our dogs . The nearby pizza restaurant was a highlight for our family dinners after a day of exploring Genoa.

My kids wished there were more activities for them at the hotel.

I stayed in a Single Room and it was super clean. The staff was amazing and really helpful. The room was simple but had all I needed. The location is right across from the train station, which makes it easy to get around. Breakfast was awesome too, with a nice selection of pastries and fresh coffee. Just a bit noisy at times from the street, but overall a pleasant stay!
